The Sponsorship Sales position involves selling conference sponsorships and exhibitions at our high level conferences across Australia, New Zealand and Asia. With a strong portfolio of high quality, targeted events already in place, your goal is to develop strategies and initiatives to ensure ongoing growth of the shows and successfully contribute to new launches.

You should be a proven solution selling B2B sales person and have a demonstrated track record of high performance. You will be selling high-value sponsorships to multi-national companies and must be a superb communicator.

Blending high level organisational and negotiation skills – Aventedge’s Event’s Managers are responsible for sourcing suitable event venues, negotiating rates, event administration and logistics, preparation of conference workbooks, speaker administration and coordinating event feedback across a portfolio of events. Working with senior business leaders, you will use your excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively manage Event Speakers, Sponsors, Venues and AV suppliers to ensure a successful event is delivered on time, on spec and to budget.

The role is ideal for a high energy individual with strong project management skills, who can assertively negotiate with a number of stakeholders, multi-task and manage multiple events within tight timeframes.
